What is included

Every job, the whole job.

Good to know

Design is deciding where the water and the eyes go

A yard works when circulation, sightlines and water agree, paths lead somewhere, beds frame instead of fight, and rain has a plan. Plants come after those decisions, not before.

Maintenance honesty shapes good design, a garden should match the hours you will truly give it, not the fantasy weekend.

Questions, answered

Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. Weekly service runs season to season and you can pause or stop with two weeks' notice. We'd rather earn the yard every month than lock you into anything — most customers stay for years anyway.
What happens when it rains on my service day?+
We shift your visit to the next dry slot and text you before you have to ask. Wet mowing rips turf and compacts soil — skipping a soggy day is us protecting your lawn, not skipping work.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We follow label re-entry times exactly, flag every treated lawn, and text you the all-clear window. If you prefer a fully organic feeding program, we offer one — just ask for it on the walkthrough.
Full plan or start small?+
Both are legitimate, a master plan can be built in phases, each finished piece already belonging to the whole.
Native plants or showpieces?+
Natives carry the structure with less water and fuss, showpieces earn their spots as accents, the mix is the art.
What about the ugly strip that floods?+
That is usually the design opportunity, grading, dry creek or rain garden turn the problem into the feature.
